Q: What are the steps involved in building my Modular Home? It’s a simple 3 step process:
1) Select your Models.
2) Submit your land survey.
3) Your Modular Sales Consultant will go over the design, permitting, build, and installation process.
Q: Do your buildings meet local building codes?
Yes. Our modular homes meet or exceed all local building codes.
Q: Do you offer to finance?
Our buildings fall under the category of Modular construction. You can use any local financial institution and apply for a New Construction loan. To do this, you will need to have us prepare a schematic which includes your floor plans and elevations and a cost estimate.
Q: Are these container buildings allowed in my city?
Our modular is not classified as containers. They are classified as light steel frame modular buildings which are allowed in any jurisdiction. We build our own modular Homes in the factory.
Q: I am in a flood plane can you put your building on columns?
Yes, columns can be installed to meet local building codes. Your Modular design team can assist in your home’s foundation design requirements.
Q: Are your buildings able to withstand high winds?
Yes. All our buildings are designed and engineered to meet or exceed local building codes.
Q: Do you ship anywhere in United States?
Yes. We deliver all across North America. Our modules are shipped via flatbed truck.
Q: Do you provide local contractors?
Yes. We assist in all phases of your project to get your building on the ground. Please follow the steps on our Get Started page.
Q: Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We offer standard 1 year on parts and labor, 5 years on electrical and plumbing, and 10 years on the physical structure of your Modular home.
Q: Can my local contractor install the building?
Yes. Our modular is designed as much as possible to be plug and play. Therefore any general licensed contractor can install our modules.
Q: I want to build a 3 bedroom house can you give me a quote?
We can not quote any cost unless we have detailed architectural drawings. Without these, we can not quote as there are too many variables.
Q: How long does it take from start to finish to build?
The entire building process takes approximately 6 months from beginning to end. Surprisingly, it is not the fabrication process but the permitting that consumes much of that time period during the approval process.
